Cologne-based electronic indiepop-duo Schmacke & Pinscher finally release the long awaited follow up to their highly acclaimed debut record „Best Of“. „Fela Putin“ is a collection of songs that reflect the broad musical influences both S&P share. The album oscillates between the afro-beat inspired title-track, darker and noiser electronic experiments („Royal Red Foxes Battle“) or the upbeat disco-citing „Spacedisco ´74“.

Schmackes & Pinscher are Marcell Birreck and Julian Rademacher. Both live in Cologne and share their passion for music making and exploring sonic boundaries betweeen lo-fi and modern club sounds. Both are involved in other projects like Meanwhile Project Ltd., Rocket Brothers and The Ravery.

S&P toured extensively in Germany, Austria and Switzerland shared stages with bands such as Egotronic, Phillip Boa and the Voodooclub, Jeans Team, Figurines, Les touffes cretiennes and many more.
